FX fields documented on trade and activity events

Broker API

Documents the FX-related fields that trade and activity events already send.

Activity events:

• swap_rate and swap_fee_bps are documented on trade activities, and are sent whenever the trade has them, including zero. Both are omitted on other activities.
• details.settlement_currency is documented on trade activity details and is included when the order has one.
• details.price_usd is no longer sent on trade activities.
• Conversion activities (FXTRD) are now described by their own schema and can include details.order_id and details.swap_rate.
• Fee activities can include details.swap_rate, and FOT fees can also include details.order_id and details.execution_id.

Orders:

• settlement_currency is documented on the order and order-leg schemas and is returned when the order has one.
