New fields on the batch journal request schema

Broker API

Adds new fields to the batch journal request schema when creating a batch journal transaction:

• correspondent identifying the originating correspondent.
• symbol and qty to support security journals.
• The currency field description now clarifies it is a currency code in ISO format.

The description field has been removed from the batch journal request schema.
