"date_type" on announcements is now a documented enum

The date_type query parameter on the announcements endpoint is now documented as an enum instead of a free-form string, matching what the API already accepts.

• Allowed values: declaration_date, ex_date, record_date, and payable_date. Any other value returns 422.
• When omitted, since and until apply to payable_date, now published as the parameter default.
• Each value's meaning is described in the parameter documentation.

The wire contract is unchanged; only generated clients that previously allowed arbitrary strings are affected.
