"timing" removed from the transfer request schema

The deprecated timing property has been removed from the CreateTransferRequest schema after its 2026-08-26 sunset date.

• Requests that still send timing continue to be accepted; the field is ignored.
• Callers that omit the field are unaffected.
• Generated clients that modeled timing should drop it.
