"vasps" is now required on the VASP search response

The vasps field on the SearchVASPsResponse schema is now marked required. The API always returns vasps, as an empty array when a search has no matches, so generated clients can rely on the key being present.

• The 200 response is documented as the VASP list object rather than a bare array.
• total, page, and pages remain optional.
