Crypto withdrawal endpoint on the Trading API is deprecated

The crypto withdrawal endpoint POST /v2/wallets/transfers (Request a New Withdrawal) is deprecated and will be removed on 2026-10-09. Use the Alpaca web application to initiate withdrawals.

• Listing and retrieving transfers via GET /v2/wallets/transfers and GET /v2/wallets/transfers/{transfer_id} are unaffected.
