Empty tag groups removed from the Broker API reference

Broker API

Tag groups that no operation uses are no longer published in the Broker API description. In this region, the unused Clock, Crypto Funding, Tokenization, and ACATS tags are dropped, so the reference and the generated Postman collection no longer show empty groups.

• No paths, operations, schemas, or required fields change.
• Every operation keeps its existing tag; only tags with zero operations are removed.
