Deprecation reasons now rendered in API reference descriptions

Deprecation metadata is now rendered directly into the published description of every deprecated operation, parameter, and schema property, so the reason (and migration link, when available) appears alongside the field.

Deprecation notes are generated consistently instead of being hand-written into descriptions, removing duplicated or inconsistent wording on the AcatsAsset, Asset, CreateTransferRequest, and FundingWalletTransfer schemas.
original_amount on FundingWalletTransfer remains deprecated with a sunset of 2026-12-21; use total_amount for the actual amount debited from the account.
No request or response shapes change.
