Corrected operation IDs and description typos

Broker API

Corrects misspelled operation IDs and fixes typos throughout the Broker API description. The HTTP contract is unchanged: paths, methods, parameters, and response fields are the same.

• The operation ID for retrieving excess contributions is now listIRAExcessContributions (previously listIRAExcessContritbutions).
• The operation ID for the account status event stream is now subscribeToAccountStatusSSE (previously suscribeToAccountStatusSSE).
• Generated SDK method names and reference page URLs derived from these operation IDs change accordingly.
• Roughly 30 description typos are fixed across operations and schemas, including the corporate action announcement subtype text, the TaxIdType enum descriptions, activity schemas, and the JIT ledger and portfolio history descriptions.

Standardizes spelling in the corporate action event schema descriptions on US English (specialised is now specialized). No fields, values, or behavior change.
