"foreign" and "special" on dividend activities are JSON strings

The details.foreign and details.special fields on dividend activity events are serialized as the JSON strings "true" or "false", not JSON booleans. The API description now states this explicitly.

• Field descriptions on the CommonCDIVActivityV2 and DIVSPDActivityV2 schemas clarify the string wire format.
• Both schemas now carry an example of "false".

The values returned by the API are unchanged; only the documented type is corrected.
