New "tax_rate" and "tax_country" fields on DIVNRA activities

The DIVNRA activity schema now includes the tax details used to calculate the withholding amount:

• tax_country — the country whose withholding rules were applied.
• tax_rate — the withholding rate applied at booking.

Both fields are returned when retrieving a single activity event and on the activity events stream.
